Keep going !! easier said than done .We starts something with so much of energy , with dreams in mind ,with outcomes we expect and we keep it till we get something in return either expectedly or unexpectedly BUT once the way starts looking like a fog which ends nowhere , we slow down and it looks difficult to go on and even more difficult when we are the only one on that path . alone.
till the time we enjoy walking alone , we enjoy journey . We face hurdle but try to get over it, but when alone becomes lonely . it becomes difficult to "keep going" because now we feel tired of walking along a way .
but what doesn't break you , only makes you stronger .
before talking about how , we must talk about WHY , because this WHY keep us going .
so WHY we should keep going .
1 Because we have a reason behind the path we have chosen that even after so many difficulties , we are looking for solutions to keep going and not leaving in middle.
2 because sometimes going on in a loop makes us discover new things - it is just like walking on a same route everyday sometimes makes us look at a mango tree which may give a new business idea.
3 going on a paths test our mental strength and makes us emotionally stronger than earlier self. especially when we walk alone because , then we have to deal with our problems by ourselves . we have to be brave to walk with courage.
4 It makes us realize , it will pass so indirectly motivates us to keep going .
5 sometimes going a way discover those qualities of yourselves which you cant imagined .I didn't know that I am better expressing my thoughts via writing .
now comes HOW to do this . once we know why , half of our work is already done , because why gives us a meaning , a reason to go on .
how we can "keep going". even alone,
1 acknowledgment - first we need to learn to accept that we are humans , we get tired and it is normal . so acknowledging problems and taking a step back to solve that only makes us prepared for a long journey .
2 Trust - it is good to doubt the preparation we do before choosing a path and walking along , because it makes us better prepared just like checking to do list before a tracking . but doubting ourselves is not at all good. Before any one else we need to trust ourselves, our journey, our reasons , we can starts with doubts but we cant end doubting ourselves.
3 correct manifestation - "this time it looks difficult , next time I will come back with more enthusiasm so this time I should give up ". this is worst what you can think while walking . their is no next time . first we should give our 100% in present than think about next time. because thinking about next before present only relax our efforts and makes our attitude lazy . correct manifestation is important in "keep going"
4 fearlessness- it doesn't come overnight , I still feel "what if ! I never able to complete what i have started" but than a small thought also comes along "remember why you have started". "why" gives us a sense of fearlessness and makes us keep going even after uncertainty and unexpected surprises that obviously are unplanned.
5 prepare- if we have chosen a path to walk , we must know that it is normal if we face bumps , heavy rides , tiredness, difficulties. preparedness makes us feel less worry .
6 DO NOT EVER STOP - because our journey automatically ends when we think of quitting and once it ends , it can not complete. so taking rest is okay , crying in middle is okay , feeling tired is also okay , taking help is normal but quitting is not .
7 Make best out of time -any field or any path demand a continuous effort which may makes us feel living in a never ending loop for a while . so taking best out of everything works better in a loop .
8 discipline- a proper routine and sticking to it makes ourselves disciplined and everyone knows the power of discipline. it can make a water drop crush a whole mountain.
9 rewarding - feeling good about ourselves and little rewards after some accomplishments is what makes us keep going . a movie after a long hectic day or a treat after completing a part of syllabus or a small favorite meal after month of planned workout energies us for the remaining journey
After all when we choose to walk in a marathon , we need to be prepared that it is going to be LONG and sometimes we can only see ourselves walking alone . but we should not stop thinking about how finish line , we should keep going thinking about the immediate next step that can make us a step closer to destination .
ultimately we can see destination when we reach there and for this we should KEEP GOING, KEEP WALKING .
